    Drag values

I received some new drag values for a couple of commercial velomobiles today, so I added them to the table along with links to additional information. New additions are the Flevo Versatile and the Mango velomobiles. I also sorted the table from the fastest to the slowest.

What is very surprising is how poor the commercial velomobiles are. By looking at the photos, I would imagine it has quite a bit to do with their width due to fitting the trike wheels into the fairing, and the blunt noses. It is surprising though, that the Rocket seems to have a slightly lower CdA and it’s trike wheels are OUTSIDE the fairing and NOT faired.

If anyone knows of additional CdA values for streamliners, HPVs, recumbents, bikes or velomobiles, please forward the information to me and I’ll add them to this list. Also – if anyone is aware of any incorrect information here, please also let me know.
